棉花对黄萎病菌抗性与过氧化物酶活性及核酸含量关系初探

棉花不同棉种和品种对黄萎病菌Verticillium dahlae、的抗性与叶片内过氧化物酶活性和核酸含量有密切关系,无论有无菌侵染,抗病性强的棉种和品种核酸含量均高,过氧化物酶活性均低,抗性弱的棉种和品种则相反。在病菌侵入初期寄主植物的生理代谢就受到干扰,叶片内过氧化物酶活性和核酸含量均出现明显变化。 The resistance of cotton cultivars and cultivars to Verticillium dahlae was closely related to the activity of peroxidase and the content of nucleic acids in cotton leaves. No matter there is aseptic infection, the cotton varieties with high disease resistance and the nucleic acid content of cultivars High, low peroxidase activity, resistance to weak varieties and varieties of cotton is the opposite. Physiological metabolism of the host plant was disturbed during the initial stage of germ invasion, and the peroxidase activity and nucleic acid content in the leaves varied significantly.
