在阐述淮北矿业(集团)有限责任公司涡阳矿区总体规划和蔡楼站现状的基础上,预测蔡楼站未来运量,结合涡北选煤厂的原煤入洗和精煤、中煤外运通道情况,分析空重车的到达、卸车、装车和发送情况,提出蔡楼站改扩建工程的2个方案,经过方案的优缺点分析和技术经济比选,建议采用方案Ⅰ,即将车站扩建为3个场,新建Ⅲ场(到发场)与既有Ⅰ场(到发场)、Ⅱ场(装卸场)纵列布置。
