汽车工业的发展对汽车的整车性能、安全性要求日益提高,另一方面,现代社会环保和能源的问题要求汽车油耗必须减小,因此,汽车设计中必须考虑车身结构在满足安全性能的前提下做到结构简化,减轻车身重量。紧密结合生产实践,运用现代汽车制造工艺的方法、手段,从提高车门外板刚性、改进门总成结构设计及焊装工艺三方面进行深入研究,在车门外板刚性分析上充分考虑车门外板造型、材质、冲压成形工艺因素并进行CAE模拟,在总成结构设计及焊装工艺方面经过反复实验,最终确定提高车门刚性的方案。
