本文分折了131例按 FAB 标准分型的 MDS 病人的临床和血液学表现。确诊前这些病人均未接受过化疗或放疗。治疗只予输注红细胞并常规服用叶酸,仅4例 RAEBT 病人予小剂量 Ara-C 治疗.在转化为白血病前均未接受联合化疗。
This paper presents the clinical and hematological findings of 131 MDS patients classified according to FAB criteria. None of these patients had received chemotherapy or radiation before diagnosis. Only red blood cells were transfused and folic acid was given routinely, only 4 RAEBT patients were treated with low-dose Ara-C, and no chemotherapy was given before conversion to leukemia.
