红外光谱法可以广泛地应用于各种植物药及其伪品的鉴别。本文用统一的提取分离方法对灵芝、苦地丁、罂粟壳、延胡索、枳实、枳壳、陈皮、黄柏、白鲜皮、吴茱萸、佛手、夏枯草、薄荷、丹参、黄芩、益母草、紫苏叶、荆芥、野菊花、茵陈、苍术、北苍术、白术、木香、红花、紫菀、牛蒡子、墨旱莲、千里光和天麻三十种药材对照品进行处理,然后分别测定其提取物的红外光谱,三十种药材对照品均分别具有独特的红外光谱特征,根据其光谱特征可以准确地加以鉴别。
Infrared spectroscopy can be widely used in the identification of various botanicals and their counterfeits. This article uses a unified extraction and separation method for Ganoderma lucidum, Bitter radish, Poppy husk, Corydalis, Citrus aurantium, Citrus aurantium, Citrus, Phellodendron, White fresh skin, Evodia, bergamot, Prunella, mint, Salvia, Astragalus, Motherwort, Perilla Herbs, Nepeta, Chrysanthemum, Capillaria, Atractylodes, Atractylodes lancea, Atractylodes macrocephala, woody, safflower, aster, burdock root, Eclipta, Senecio, and 30 kinds of medicinal herbs are treated, and then measured. Infrared spectra of the extracts, the reference materials of the thirty medicinal herbs respectively have unique infrared spectral characteristics, and can be accurately identified according to their spectral characteristics.
