武器装备采办是一个庞大而复杂的工程,一些难以预见的不确定性因素导致武器装备采办费用上升、工期延长和装备性能下降。评估这些不确定因素带来的风险大小常常采用蒙特卡洛仿真法,但是传统的蒙特卡洛仿真法对计算机硬件要求较高,单机通常难以满足。分布式蒙特卡洛仿真就是将蒙特卡洛仿真任务离散后,分发给Internet上空闲的计算机硬件资源,由这些空闲的硬件资源同时进行仿真,从而达到降低对单个计算机的硬件资源消耗,提高仿真效率,缩短仿真时间的目的。
