中小企业在社会主义市场经济中占有特殊的重要位置,加大中小企业服务体系建设,帮助中小企业发展壮大,是繁荣我国经济,解决就业的有效方法。但是,由于大多数中小企业都是创业初期的企业,本身缺乏人才支撑和储备,又加上部分中小企业主不重视人才引进,培训与提高,没有能够充分利用相关人才政策。因此,加大对中小企业人才支持服务就很有必要。实际上,解决中小企业人才缺乏问题不可能全靠引进,所以,建立完善的中小企业人才培训体系才是解决问题的关键所在。
SMEs occupy a special and important position in the socialist market economy. To increase the service system for SMEs and help SMEs grow and develop is an effective way to prosper our economy and solve employment problems. However, since most small and medium enterprises are enterprises in their early stages of business, they lack the support and reserve of their own talents. In addition, some SMEs do not attach importance to the introduction, training and enhancement of qualified personnel and fail to make full use of relevant personnel policies. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the service support for SMEs. In fact, it is impossible to solve the problem of lacking of qualified personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises entirely by introducing them. Therefore, establishing a perfect training system for small and medium-sized enterprises is the key to solving the problem.
