综述了食用优质稻高产与优质的主要制约因子及其相互关系和高产优质栽培技术，简要提出了今后优质高产栽培技术的主要研究方向。
The main control factors of high yield and good quality of edible high quality rice and their interrelations and high yield and good quality cultivation techniques are summarized. The main research directions of high quality and high yielding cultivation techniques are briefly proposed.
