目的研究锡叶藤Tetracera asiatica地上部分的化学成分。方法采用正、反相硅胶柱色谱,凝胶Sephadex LH-20色谱以及HPLC等多种技术进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从锡叶藤地上部分95%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为鼠李柠檬素(1)、异鼠李素(2)、柚皮素(3)、鼠李素(4)、山柰酚(5)、(+)-紫杉叶素(6)、槲皮素(7)、银锻苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(9)、(-)-表儿茶素-3-(3-O-甲基)-没食子酸酯(10)、表儿茶素-3-O-没食子酸酯(11)、(-)-表儿茶素(12)。结论化合物1~12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the Tetracera asiatica aerial parts. Methods The compounds were separated by silica gel column chromatography, reversed phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of aerial parts of Caragana korshinskii, and were identified as rhamnoides (1), isorhamnetin (2), naringenin (3) ), Kaempferol (5), (+) - taxifolin (6), quercetin (7) (-) - epicatechin-3- (3-O-methyl) -gallate (10), epicatechin-3-O-gallate - Epicatechin (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
