Objective: To investigate the effect of Prooprone on ventricular electrophysiological changes induced by changes of left ventricular afterload in rabbits. Methods: The changes of left ventricular afterload were observed before and after Pro3mg / Kgiv administration. The occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia was observed in Cardiovascular Institute of Second Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College. The left ventricular diastolic threshold (VDT), relative refractory period (RRP), effective refractory period (ERP) and its
