励磁机整流子镀铬是指在整流子表面用电镀的方法镀上一层很薄的耐磨铬层。这是一项先进工艺,经运行实践证明,具有下述优点:1.铬的硬度很高,整流子镀铬后可大大提高其耐磨性,延长其寿命;2.铬层光滑,因而可减少炭刷的磨损,节省炭刷,还可以减少整流子日常维护及励磁机检修的工作量;3.整流子镀铬后不易磨损,不易变形,因而可避免由于整流子变形和云母突出而产生机械性火花现象。河南省焦作等电厂、山东省黄台电厂及南定热电厂等单位先后采用过励磁机整流子镀铬工艺,取得了良好的效果,整流子镀铬后的机组一直运行正常。本文简要地介绍了南定热电厂采用整流子镀铬工艺的经验,我们认为较有参考价值,特予摘要转载,供参考。
Exciter commutator chrome refers to the surface of the commutator plated with a thin layer of wear-resistant chrome layer. This is an advanced technology, the operation proved to have the following advantages: 1. Power plants in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, Huangtai Power Plant in Shandong Province and Nanding Thermal Power Plant and other units have adopted the exciter commutator chrome plating technology, and achieved good results, the commutator chrome-plated unit has been operating normally. This paper briefly introduces the experience of adopting the commutator chrome plating technology in Nanding Cogeneration Power Plant. We think it has more reference value and is specially for reprinted for reference.
