血清单胺氧化酶(S-MAO)系一类作用于不同单胺类化合物的酶。目前认为结缔组织增生时单胺氧化酶活性可升高。故单胺氧化酶活性能反映肝纤维化的程度。利用检测肝病患者S-MAO的活性可了解各种肝病慢性化的演变过程。现将近年来检查的各种肝病231例与100例健康人血清MAO的测定报告如下。
