目的检测黏着斑激酶(FAK)及基质金属蛋白酶9(MM P9)在喉癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测57例喉癌及10例癌旁非癌组织中FAK及MM P9的表达。结果喉癌组织中FAK及MM P9的阳性表达率分别为66.7%及63.2%,在癌旁非癌组织中表达率分别为10.0%及20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二者均与肿瘤的临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小及分化程度无明显相关,且FAK与MM P9的表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论 FAK及MM P9在喉癌中均有高表达,且呈显著正相关,提示二者在喉癌的侵袭转移中可能起相互促进作用。
Objective To detect the expression of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MM P9) in laryngeal carcinoma and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of FAK and MM P9 in 57 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 10 cases of adjacent non-cancerous tissues. Results The positive rates of FAK and MM P9 in laryngeal carcinoma were 66.7% and 63.2%, respectively. The positive rates of FAK and MM P9 in non-cancerous non-cancerous tissues were 10.0% and 20.0%, respectively (P <0.05). Both of them were correlated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with the age, tumor size and differentiation degree. There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of FAK and MM P9 (P <0.01). Conclusions Both FAK and MM P9 are highly expressed in laryngeal carcinoma and have a significant positive correlation, which suggests that both FAK and MM P9 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
