本文以国网新源控股有限公司水电生产管理信息系统(HPMS)建设为背景,阐述了该公司大修、技术改造项目管理流程,构建了系统大修、技术改造项目储备库管理、计划管理、项目实施管理等功能和标准流程,实现了大修、技术改造项目管理的标准化、信息化,通过系统推广应用,有效规范该公司大修、技术改造项目管理工作,提高了大修、技术改造项目管理水平。
