目的研究松节藻醇提物对正常小鼠抗氧化活性的影响。方法通过单细胞微凝胶电泳法检测松节藻醇提物对H2O2诱导的正常小鼠淋巴细胞DNA损伤的防护作用,分别采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法、DTNB直接法、TBA硫代巴比妥酸法检测小鼠血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的量。结果松节藻醇提物对H2O2诱导的正常小鼠淋巴细胞DNA损伤具有一定的防护作用,并且能升高小鼠血清中SOD和GSH-Px活性,降低MDA的量。结论松节藻醇提物具有一定的抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the effects of alcohol extracts from pine needles on the antioxidant activity of normal mice. Methods Single cell micro-gel electrophoresis was used to detect the protective effect of alcohol extracts of pine needles on H2O2-induced lymphocyte DNA damage in normal mice. Xanthine oxidase method, DTNB direct method and TBA thiobarbituric acid were used respectively. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum of mice were detected. RESULTS: The ethanol extract of Trichoderma spp. had a certain protective effect on H2O2-induced DNA damage of lymphocytes in normal mice, and it could increase the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in mice serum and reduce the amount of MDA. Conclusion The alcohol extract from Pinechia sp. has some antioxidant activity.
