2014年江汉大学武汉语言文化研究中心在《长江丛刊》上开辟了《作家年谱》栏目,我作为主持人,以《年谱札记》形式交代《作家年谱》写作的缘起和目标,也梳理了年谱写作的基本之法,本篇札记可视为续篇,记录对年谱写作的相关思考。涉及三个方面:一是年谱写作的基本之法与文无定法;二是对材料的详略取舍与不漏不讳;三是如何在客观的记载中,展示谱主形象的丰富多彩而又栩栩如生。一、基本之法与文无定法
