目的 :建立乳酸钠林格注射液中乳酸钠含量的RP HPLC测定方法。方法 :采用UV扫描法 ;反相高效液相色谱法 :以YWG C18为分析柱 ,基质液 (取注射用氯化钠 6 .0 g ,注射用氯化钾 0 .3g ,注射用氯化钙 0 .2 g加水至 10 0 0ml)为流动相 ,使用外标法。结果 :乳酸钠最大吸收波长为 (2 0 6± 1)nm。其线性范围 0 .45 16~ 5 .6 45g·L-1,r =0 .9999。两浓度平均加样回收率±RSD分别为 (10 1.4± 1.5 1) % ,(10 0 .5± 0 .81) % (n =6 )。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为样品的检测方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of sodium lactate in sodium lactate Ringer’s injection by RP-HPLC. Methods: UV-scanning method; RP-HPLC: YWG C18 as the analytical column, the matrix solution (taking sodium chloride for injection 6.0 g, potassium for injection 0.3 g, calcium chloride for injection 0 .2 g water to 10 0ml) as the mobile phase, using the external standard method. Results: The maximum absorption wavelength of sodium lactate was (206 ± 1) nm. The linear range of 0.45 16 ~ 5 .6 45g · L-1, r = 0.9999. The average RSDs of the two samples were (10 1.4 ± 1.5 1)% and (105.0 ± 0.81)%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a sample detection method.
