中国塑窗设备企业济南天辰机器有限公司和济南德佳机器明限公司于2002年3月份进行合并,并组建成了济南天辰德佳机器有限公司,侯秀峰出任董事长,邓小鸥出任总经理。 天辰公司和德佳公司均是中国塑窗设备行业知名企业,两公司在国内市场份额较高,并且设备出口到美、英、法、日、加拿大、南非等十几个国家和地区,在国际门窗设备市场上也享有较高知名度,此次合并引起了整个塑窗行业的极大关注。
China Plastic Window Equipment Enterprises Jinan Tianchen Machinery Co., Ltd. and Jinan Dejia Machine Mingming Company were merged in March 2002, and Jinan Tianchen Dejia Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, Hou Xiufeng was the chairman, and Deng Xiaoou became the general manager. Tianchen Company and Dejia Company are both well-known enterprises in China’s plastic window equipment industry. The two companies have a relatively high share in the domestic market, and their equipment is exported to over a dozen countries and regions such as the US, UK, France, Japan, Canada and South Africa. The window and door equipment market also enjoys high popularity, and this merger has aroused great concern in the entire plastic window industry.
