随着城市化和建筑行业的快速发展,对市政建筑工程质量管理提出了更高的要求。质量管理作为建筑工程建设管理中的关键环节,其水平的高低直接关系到工程的整体质量和经济效益,因此加强工程质量管理显得尤为重要。当前人们越来越关注市政建筑工程质量问题,为了有效满足社会发展的需要,建筑企业在工程建设过程中,需要充分认识到质量管理的重要作用,采取有效的措施来保障工程施工质量,进而实现良好的社会经济效益,建设出满足城市发展特点的基础建设。本文就对市政建筑工程质量管理中的问题和对策进行分析与探究。
With the rapid development of urbanization and construction industry, the municipal construction project quality management put forward higher requirements. As a key link in the construction management, the quality management is directly related to the overall quality and economic benefits of the project. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the quality management of the project. At present, people pay more and more attention to the quality problems of municipal construction. In order to effectively meet the needs of social development, construction enterprises need to fully recognize the important role of quality management and take effective measures to ensure the quality of construction. Good social and economic benefits, to build infrastructure to meet the characteristics of urban development. This article analyzes and probes into the problems and countermeasures in the quality management of municipal building engineering.
