针对目前中频感应电炉缺乏精炼功能,铸件中夹杂物及气体含量经常超标的问题,采用在炉底安装透气砖吹氩气的方法实现钢液精炼,并进行了工业应用试验。结果表明,在吹氩压力0.3~0.4 MPa和时间25~30 min条件下,较理想地实现了钢液的精炼,钢液中[O]、[N]和[H]的含量分别达到:≤40×10-4%、≤85×10-4%和≤3.0×10-4%,非球形夹杂物含量低于锻造标准,球形氧化夹杂物含量降幅达到47.33%~56.57%。
In view of the current lack of refining capacity of IF induction furnace, inclusions and gas content in castings often exceed the standard, using the method of blowing argon gas through the brick at the bottom of the furnace to achieve the refining of molten steel, and the industrial application of the test. The results show that the refining of molten steel can be achieved ideally under the conditions of argon pressure of 0.3-0.4 MPa and time of 25-30 min. The contents of [O], [N] and [H] in molten steel reach respectively: ≤ 40 × 10-4%, ≤85 × 10-4% and ≤3.0 × 10-4%. The content of non-spherical inclusions is lower than the forging standard, and the content of spherical oxidized inclusions decreases by 47.33% -56.57%.
