发达国家的历史经验证明,股指期货市场的发展和监管必须相辅相成,才能有利于整个经济的稳定和发展。美国、英国、德国、日本以及香港地区股指期货市场监管架构不尽相同,对我国股指期货市场监管也各有借鉴。我国应借鉴发达国家和地区股指期货市场监管的经验,加强对沪深300指数期货交易的监管,建立健全对股指期货市场的监管体系。
The historical experience of the developed countries proves that the development and regulation of the stock index futures market must complement each other in order to benefit the stability and development of the entire economy. The regulatory framework for the stock index futures market in the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan and Hong Kong is not the same, and each has its own reference for the regulation of China’s stock index futures market. China should learn from the experience of supervising stock index futures markets in developed countries and regions, strengthen the supervision of the Shanghai-Shenzhen 300 Index futures trading, and establish and improve the regulatory system for the stock index futures market.
