目前,化学工业已进入“石油化学时代”,石油及其产品对人类环境的污染和职业危害也越来越大。研究表明:除苯、氯乙烯等少数有机溶剂外,几乎全部溶剂均以对神经系统损害为主。

目前,化学工业已进入“石油化学时代”,石油及其产品对人类环境的污染和职业危害也越来越大。研究表明:除苯、氯乙烯等少数有机溶剂外,几乎全部溶剂均以对神经系统损害为主。本文拟对溶剂神经毒生化机理的研究近况作一介绍。
At present, the chemical industry has entered a “petrochemical era,” oil and its products on the human environment pollution and occupational hazards are also growing. Studies have shown that: except benzene, vinyl chloride and a few other organic solvents, almost all of the solvents are mainly on the nervous system damage. This article intends to study the biochemical mechanism of solvent neurotoxicity to make an introduction.
