随着当今社会经济的发展,社会对政府服务理念提出了更高、更严格的要求,服务型政府是我国加快经济转型、提高社会保障水平的坚强后盾,建设服务型政府必须转变政府职能。近年来,建设服务型政府得到了各级政府的认同,并在实践中取得了一定效果,但与现代服务型政府建设的目标有差距,在建设过程中还存在一些问题,本文对建设服务型政府应正确处理四种关系并提出有效路径。 With the development of today’s society and economy, the society has put forward higher and stricter requirements on the concept of government service. The service-oriented government is the strong backing of our country to speed up the economic restructuring and raise the level of social security. To build a service-oriented government, we must change the government’s functions. In recent years, building a service-oriented government has been recognized by governments at all levels and has achieved some results in practice. However, there is a gap between the goal of building a service-oriented government and the construction process. In this paper, The government should correctly handle the four types of relations and propose effective ways.
