CSMD1(CUB and SUSHI multiple domains-1)位于人染色体8p23.2,是一种单次跨膜蛋白,由14个CUB和28个SUSHI结构域组成。
Located on human chromosome 8p23.2, CSMD1 (CUB and SUSHI multiple domains-1) is a single transmembrane protein consisting of 14 CUBs and 28 SUSHI domains. The gene expression loss or dysfunction with a variety of tumor occurrence and development are closely related. At present, loss of heterozygosity (LOH) of CSMD1 is also found in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), but its mechanism of action is not yet clear. As a new candidate tumor suppressor gene, CSMD1 research needs to be further studied.
