激光微烧蚀固体靶材羽流流场演化特性

激光微推进技术是激光推进技术的重要分支,其主要用于研制一种用于卫星姿轨控的激光微推力器。激光微烧蚀靶材形成的羽流流场演化特性及其所表征的力学性能是激光微推进技术研究的热点问题。针对激光微烧蚀靶材所形成羽流流场的特点,采用纹影光学显示方法,实现了毫米尺度的带有自发光的激光烧蚀固体靶材微秒时间尺度的羽流流场观测。选取典型的聚合物材料作为靶材,分析了激光微烧蚀聚合物靶材的羽流演化特性,并对不同靶材获得的流场演化特征进行对比,结果表明:PVC材料更适合于作为激光微推进固体工质的选材。 Laser micro-propulsion technology is an important branch of laser propulsion technology, which is mainly used to develop a laser micro thrusters for satellite attitude and orbit control. The evolution characteristics of the plume flow field formed by the laser micro-ablation target and its mechanical properties are the hot issues in laser micro-propulsion technology. In view of the characteristics of the plume flow field formed by the laser micro - ablation target, a trace opacity optical display method was used to realize the plume flow field observation on the microsecond microsecond time scale of the millimeter - scale laser ablated solid target. The typical polymer materials were selected as target materials to analyze the plume evolution characteristics of laser microablated polymer targets. The evolution characteristics of the flow field obtained from different target materials were compared. The results show that PVC material is more suitable as a laser source for laser Micro-push solid working material selection.
