以载锌粉、苯丙咪唑为防霉剂,载银沸石为抗菌剂,丁苯橡胶(SBR)为基体原料,1,3-苯二磺酰肼与偶氮二甲酰胺复配为发泡剂,采用密炼塑化、双辊混炼、硫化发泡方法制备防霉抗菌发泡SBR材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,改性载锌粉会缩短SBR材料的硫化时间,增大发泡材料孔径;含0.5%改性载锌粉和0.8%改性载银沸石的发泡SBR材料断裂伸长率增加39.07%、密度降低16.91%、长霉等级为0级,抗菌率大于99%,具有优异的防霉抗菌性能。
In order to carry zinc powder, benzimidazole as antifungal agent, silver-loaded zeolite as antibacterial agent, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) as the base material, 1,3-benzene disulfonyl hydrazide and azodicarbonamide compound foaming Agent, the use of mixing plasticization, two-roll mixing, curing foam preparation mildew-proof antibacterial SBR foam material, and its performance were studied. The results show that modified zinc powder can shorten the curing time of SBR material and increase the pore size of foamed material. The elongation at break of foamed SBR containing 0.5% modified zinc powder and 0.8% modified silver loaded zeolite increases 39.07 %, The density is reduced by 16.91%, the grade of mold is grade 0, the antibacterial rate is greater than 99%, and the product has excellent anti-mildew and antibacterial properties.
