渤中油田BZ21-2-1井是渤中凹陷设计较深、层位较全的一口科学探索井,该井属于渤海迄今为止所钻遇最深井,设计井深5355米;该井井底最高温度≥170℃,预测最高压力系数为1.65,是一口典型的高温高压深井,且根据临近已钻井资料显示:该区块东营组上漏下塌,常规的聚合物钻井液在高温条件下处理剂易失效,钻井液性能难以控制,不能够解决东营组坍塌的问题。海洋石油高效开发国家重点实验室油田钻完井室采用抗高温钻井液处理剂构建了一套适合高温高密度的抗高温甲酸钾钻井液体系,通过室内实验评价该体系具有良好的抗温效果,抑制性及储层保护效果,适合高温高压易垮塌地层应用。

The system has good anti-temperature effect by laboratory test, Inhibitory and reservoir protection effect, suitable for high temperature and pressure collapsible formation applications.
