春小麦群体结构对于产量-蛋白质改良的效应

试验设计试图更有效地同时改进小麦(Triticum aestivum L. em Thell)籽粒产量-蛋白质的育种方法.在此设计中,7个群体〔2个F_2、1个F2_间互交(IF_2)及4个不完全回交(PBC)群体〕来源于加拿大曼尼托巴省温尼泊市鉴定的2个加拿大硬质红皮春小麦(CHRS)和2个加拿大生产上应用的(CU)小麦品种的两亲本杂交种.种植IF_2和PBC群体是为了和传统的F_2群体进行比较,从而确定4种方法所产生的群体究竟哪一个能够更有效地产生潜在的优异遗传重组体.采用平均数、方差、相关、遗传力等参数以及优良后代和不良后代的频率,估计从F_2、IF_2、CHRS-PBC和CU-PBC群体中进行籽粒产量和籽粒蛋白质含量选择时对预期的遗传获得量有什么限制.上述7个群体每一群体105个S_1系统的籽粒产量及蛋白质的资料分析表明:CU-PBC群体具有最高的籽粒产量(GY)和最低的籽粒蛋白质含量(GPC);CHRS-PBC群体具有最低的GY和最高GPC;F_2和IF_2群体GY及GPC介于上述二者之间.来自同一双亲杂交组合的一些群体,其遗传参数大多没有显著差异.然而,高产和高蛋白质相结合的优良后代的频率在CU-PBC群体中较高,在CHRS-PBC群体中最低.CU-PBC群体所显示的优越性,看来与该系统所具备的有利条件有关:即在添加了其它品种的优良遗传因子的同时,保存了已肯定优良品种的遗传完整性,从而使基因渗入和遗传改良同步实现. The experimental design attempts to more effectively simultaneously improve the grain yield of wheat (Triticum aestivum L. em Thell) - a method of breeding of proteins in which seven populations [2 F_2, 1 F2_ inter-reciprocal (IF_2) and 4 Incomplete backcross (PBC) populations] Two (2) Canadian hard-red spring wheat (CHRS) and two (CU) wheat varieties for Canadian production (CU) identified in Winnebago, Manitoba, Parental hybrids IF2 and PBC populations were planted to compare with traditional F_2 populations to determine which one of the four approaches produced a more favorable potential for superior genetic recombination.The mean, variance, correlation , Heritability, and the frequency of good offspring and poor offspring, it is estimated that there is any limitation on the expected amount of genetic gain when selecting grain yield and grain protein content from F_2, IF_2, CHRS-PBC and CU-PBC populations. The analysis of the grain yield and protein of 105 S 1 per group showed that the population of CU-PBC had the highest grain yield (GY) and the lowest grain protein content (GPC); the CHRS-PBC population had the lowest GY Highest GPC, and GY and GPC between F_2 and IF_2 were between the two.The genetic parameters of most populations from the same parents were not significantly different.However, the frequency of high-yield and high-protein combination of good offspring in CU -PBC population is the highest, and lowest in the CHRS-PBC population.The superiority shown by the CU-PBC population appears to be related to the favorable conditions of the system: that is, with the addition of good genetic factors for other species, The genetic integrity of well-established varieties has been preserved, enabling simultaneous genetic introgression and genetic improvement.
