研究基于组织学习理论,验证员工信息素养与创造力的关系,探讨知识分享行为在组织学习与员工信息素养之间的调节作用。通过采集中国内地30个地区505名知识型员工的调查数据,运用相关性分析和结构方程模型对所提假设进行验证,结果表明:组织学习与员工信息素养呈显著相关,员工信息素养与员工创造力呈显著相关,员工信息素养在组织学习与员工创造力之间具有中介作用,知识分享行为在组织学习与员工信息素养之间具有调节作用。
Based on the organizational learning theory, the research verifies the relationship between employee information literacy and creativity, and explores the regulatory role of knowledge sharing behavior between organizational learning and employee information literacy. Through collecting the survey data of 505 knowledge workers in 30 regions of China, the paper uses the correlation analysis and the structural equation model to verify the hypothesis. The results show that there is a significant correlation between organizational learning and employee information literacy, employee information literacy and employee creation There was a significant correlation between employees’ information literacy and organizational learning and employee creativity. Knowledge sharing behavior played a mediating role between organizational learning and employee information literacy.
