多年来煤炭企业职工培训,企业和职工的积极性不高,收效不明显,主要是缺乏正确的理念、有效的机制和与时俱进的内容。职工培训要把培训作为企业最有效的投资,职工最实惠的福利作为新理念,把学分制考核,实效性检验作为新机制,把素质化提升,技能化提高作为新内容。
