目的 :研究国产单硝酸异山梨醇酯注射剂对多种离体血管平滑肌的影响。方法 :观察该药物对去甲肾上腺素及氯化钾分别引起家兔多种离体血管平滑肌收缩活动的影响。结果 :单硝酸异山梨醇酯对2×10-6mol·L 1NE引起兔离体降主动脉、肺动脉、肾动脉、股动脉螺旋条及肾静脉、股静脉、门静脉血管条收缩呈浓度依赖性抑制作用 ,其半数抑制浓度依次为(5 5±0 6、2 6±0 1、3 0±0 1、8 7±0 5、0 4±0 1、0 5±0 1、10 1±1 4)μg·mg-1。而该药对40mmol·L-1氯化钾所引起的上述血管条收缩则影响不明显。结论 :国产单硝酸异山梨醇酯注射剂具有明显的扩张血管平滑肌作用 ,扩张静脉的效应强于动脉
Objective: To study the effect of domestic isosorbide mononitrate injection on a variety of isolated vascular smooth muscle. Methods: To observe the effects of norepinephrine and potassium chloride on the contractile activity of various isolated vascular smooth muscle in rabbits. Results: Isosorbide mononitrate inhibited the contraction of isolated descending aorta, pulmonary artery, renal artery, femoral artery spiral band, renal vein, femoral vein and portal vein in 2 × 10-6 mol·L 1 NE in a concentration-dependent manner , The half inhibitory concentrations were (5 5 ± 0 6,2 6 ± 0 1,3 0 ± 0 1,8 7 ± 0 5,0 4 ± 0 1,0 5 ± 0 1,10 1 ± 1 4 ) μg · mg-1. The drug on the 40mmol·L-1 potassium chloride induced contraction of the above-mentioned vascular effect is not obvious. CONCLUSION: Domestic isosorbide mononitrate injection has the obvious effect of dilating vascular smooth muscle and dilating the vein more effectively than the artery
