利用遮光型自动颗粒计数器的原理及特点测试蓝油含水量对固体颗粒污染度的影响,结果表明:当蓝油的含水量不超过40 000μg/g时,蓝油中的水完全溶解于油中,油样中的水分没有引起计数误差;但是当蓝油的含水量超过50 000μg/g时,含水量超出了蓝油的饱和极限,导致计数误差。因此,将进厂的蓝油含水量控制在600~2 000μg/g不会对固体颗粒污染度产生影响。
The principle and characteristics of shading automatic particle counter were used to test the effect of blue water content on the contamination degree of solid particles.
