据有关部门调查资料表明,目前我国高级人才的结构,存在如下五大问题:一是数量不足。现在全国各类高级职称的人才仅有7万人,这与我国众多的人口相比真是微乎其微了。二是分布不合理。这7万高级人才,在高等教育系统的有3万余人,在各部委以及中科院的有1.4万余人,还有一些在卫生、文化系统,而在生产第一线的则寥寥无几。
According to the survey data of the relevant departments, the following five major problems exist in the structure of China’s senior talents: First, the number is insufficient. Currently, there are only 70,000 talents of various senior titles in the country, which is very small compared to the large population of our country. The second is the unreasonable distribution. There are more than 30,000 high-level talents in the higher education system, more than 14,000 people in various ministries and departments, and some in the health and cultural systems, but few in the production line.
