目的了解新兵的应对方式状况及其影响因素。方法采用简易应对方式量表,对1207名新兵进行测评。结果研究中所选被试在遭遇应激性事件时采用积极应对方式的机率多于采用消极应对方式;新兵样本得分显著低于全国样本得分(积极应对:t=-4.59,P<0.001;消极应对:t=-35.88,P<0.001);影响新兵应对方式的主要因素有3个方面,即个人的人格特征、社会支持及部分背景情况。结论针对新兵开展的心理教育应考虑其应对方式的影响因素。
Objective To understand the recruits’ coping styles and their influencing factors. Methods A simple coping style scale was used to evaluate 1207 recruits. Results The subjects selected in the study were more likely to adopt the positive coping style in the event of stressful events than the negative coping styles. The score of recruits was significantly lower than the national sample (positive coping: t = -4.59, P <0.001; negative Response: t = -35.88, P <0.001). There are three main factors influencing recruits’ coping styles, namely personal personality, social support and some background situations. Conclusion Psychological education for recruits should take into account the factors that affect their coping style.
