为了研究脊髓灰质炎液体疫苗和糖丸疫苗对热冲击后的稳定性差异 ,对 3 7℃孵箱放置不同天数后的两种疫苗分别测定了效价 ,在 -2 0℃保存下效价为 5 9logTCID5 0 /粒的糖丸疫苗 ,3 7℃放置 1天后其效价明显下降 ,到 5天后降为 0 ;而在 -2 0℃保存下效价为 5 7logTCID5 0 /0 1ml的液体疫苗 ,3 7℃放置 3天后仍能维持在 5 5logTCID5 0 /0 1ml左右。实验证明 :脊髓灰质炎液体疫苗不仅具有与糖丸疫苗同样良好的免疫效果 ,且具有质量可靠、热稳定性好等的综合优势 ,更适合我国使用。
