为深入了解高温烟气绕分流器的流动特性,研究烟气是否会直接冲刷换热管。利用粒子图像测速(particle imagevelocimetry,PIV)技术对高温烟气绕分流器的流动特性进行了实验研究,实验选取烟气中的高温颗粒(粒径约为5 m)为示踪粒子,得到清晰的瞬时速度分布图。通过分析不同负荷下烟气速度场发现,当射流出口速度达到22 m/s时,烟气射流具有较好刚性,烟气不会直接冲刷换热管。
In order to gain a better understanding of the flow characteristics of high temperature flue gas around the flow diverter and to study whether the flue gas will directly flush the heat exchange tube. Experimental investigation on the flow characteristics of high temperature flue gas around the flow splitter was carried out by using particle imagevelocimetry (PIV) technique. High temperature particles (particle size about 5 m) in the flue gas were chosen as tracer particles to obtain a clear Instantaneous speed profile. By analyzing the velocity field of flue gas under different loads, it is found that when the jet outlet velocity reaches 22 m / s, the flue gas jet has good rigidity and the flue gas will not directly flush the heat exchange tube.
