目的:研究荔枝核的多酚类物质成分。方法:采用65%乙醇提取荔枝核,经系统溶剂萃取后,用硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱以及制备薄层色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从荔枝核乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离鉴定了4个多酚类化合物,分别为原儿茶醛(Ⅰ)、原儿茶酸(Ⅱ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)和(-)-表儿茶素(Ⅳ)。结论:其中化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the polyphenols in the litchi nucleus. Methods: Litchi nucleus was extracted with 65% ethanol and extracted by solvent extraction. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Four polyphenolic compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extracts of litchi kernels, protocatechuic aldehyde (I), protocatechuic acid (II), carotenoid (III) and (-)- Catechins (IV). Conclusion: Compounds I, III and IV were isolated from this plant for the first time.
