秋天是胃病的高发季节,要保护好胃就要吃好早餐。早上第一餐,应该是享用热稀饭、热燕麦片、热羊乳、热豆花、热豆浆、芝麻糊、山药粥等,再配着吃些蔬菜、面包、馒头包子、水果、点心等。吃“热食”才能保护“胃气”。中医说的胃气,其实是广义的,并不单纯指“胃”这个器官而已,其中包含了脾胃的消化吸收能力、后天的免疫力、肌肉的功能等。因为早晨的时候,夜间的阴气未除,
