将afp基因导入杏花粉管对果实发育产生的影响进行了研究,结果表明:处理后果实进入第一速长期多数较对照推迟,最长7d,最短3d,提前3～11d进入第二速长期。所有处理组合坐果率均较对照明显下降。果实含糖量除组合1与对照相等外,其余均较对照高,以组合7最高,较对照高3.8%。各因素对坐果率和果实含糖量影响大小依次为:切除花柱>授粉后间隔时间>DNA浓度,影响坐果率以不切除花柱、DNA浓度500μg/ml和授粉后间隔1d处理为最佳组合;影响果实含糖量以完全切除花柱、DNA浓度2.50μg/ml和授粉后间隔2d处理为最佳组合;影响果实发育以不切除花柱、DNA浓度250μg/mL和授粉后间隔1d处理为最佳组合。
