目的探讨血清心肌酶谱在小儿中枢神经系统感染 ( ICNS)的变化及临床意义。方法应用全自动生化分析仪测定 6 8例 FCNS患儿 AST、m-AST、LDH、HBDH、CK、CK-MB活性 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 ICNS患者血清 AST、m-AST、LDH、HBDH、CK、CK-MB均增高 ,昏迷儿高于非昏迷儿 ,惊厥儿高于非惊厥儿。结论 ICNS时血清心肌酶谱增高 ,且与病情轻重高度相关。测定心肌酶活性可作为判断病情及预后的良好指标
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum myocardial enzymes in children with central nervous system infection (ICNS). Methods AST, m-AST, LDH, HBDH, CK and CK-MB in 68 children with FCNS were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and compared with the normal control group. Results The serum levels of AST, m-AST, LDH, HBDH, CK and CK-MB in ICNS patients were higher than those in non-convulsive children. Conclusions Serum myocardial enzymes increased at ICNS, which were highly correlated with severity of illness. Determination of myocardial enzyme activity can be used as a good indicator of disease and prognosis
