辽宁省2010-2012年蚊密度及季节消长情况分析

目的了解和掌握辽宁省蚊虫密度及季节消长规律,为制定蚊虫防制方案提供科学依据。方法辽宁省14个市共设立100个蚊虫监测点,采用诱蚊灯法,分别开展农村和城市蚊虫监测。结果2010-2012年共捕获蚊虫67 034只,平均蚊密度为8.12只/(灯·h),淡色库蚊和刺扰伊蚊为优势蚊种,分别占捕蚊总数的44.4%和32.9%。不同生境蚊密度为牲畜棚>农户>公园>医院>居民区。辽宁省蚊虫密度季节消长明显,活动高峰一般在8-9月,5-6月和10月蚊活动较少。结论初步掌握了辽宁省蚊虫密度、种类、季节消长情况,为蚊虫防治以及蚊媒疾病的预防奠定了基础。建议加强蚊虫高峰季节前的控制,加强对蚊虫及其传播疾病的长期监测、预警、控制对策和措施的研究。 Objective To understand and master the rule of mosquito density and seasonal fluctuation in Liaoning Province and provide a scientific basis for the development of mosquito control programs. Methods A total of 100 mosquito monitoring sites were set up in 14 cities of Liaoning Province. Mosquito lamp method was used to monitor the mosquitoes in rural and urban areas respectively. Results A total of 67 034 mosquitoes were collected from 2010 to 2012, with an average mosquito density of 8.12 / (lamp · h). Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus were the dominant mosquito species, accounting for 44.4% and 32.9% of the total number of mosquitoes. Mosquito density in different habitats for livestock shed> farmers> Parks> hospitals> residential areas. The season of mosquito density in Liaoning Province showed obvious seasonal fluctuation with the peak activities in August-September, and less in May-June and October. Conclusion The density, species and season growth and decline of mosquitoes in Liaoning Province are initially mastered, laying a foundation for mosquito control and prevention of mosquito-borne diseases. It is suggested to strengthen control before the peak season of mosquitoes and strengthen the research on long-term monitoring, early warning, control measures and measures for mosquito and its transmitted diseases.
