有幸读到明代御医第八代传人连汝安老先生所著的《黄帝内经、易经、道德经养生精华集》一书。连汝安老先生在书中分八个篇章从养生文化概说、环境养生、经络养生、情志养生、运动养生、饮食养生、起居养生和预防养生方面详细阐述了“三经”养生文化的精华之论。其中对第八篇中最为经典的一句“我命在我不在天”颇有感受。
