胃液是一种无色而呈酸性反应的液体,它对食物的输送具有重要的影响。本文详细实验研究了胃液的流变性能,获得了胃液的流变模型。实验结果表明,胃液是一种剪切减薄性非牛顿流体。随着剪切速率的增大,胃液的表观粘度迅速下降;但当剪切速率增大到一定程度后,胃液的表观粘度趋近一常数。
Gastric juice is a colorless and acidic reaction of liquid, which has a significant impact on the delivery of food. In this paper, the rheological properties of gastric juice were studied in detail and the rheological model of gastric juice was obtained. Experimental results show that gastric juice is a shear thinning non-Newtonian fluid. With the increase of shear rate, the apparent viscosity of gastric juice decreased rapidly; however, the apparent viscosity of gastric juice approached a constant when the shear rate increased to a certain extent.
