如果说为产权交易相关各方提供优质服务是产权交易机构安身立命之本,那么业务创新则是产权交易机构发展壮大的必由之路。《产权导刊》今年2月号上刊有《产权交易机构可以代持股》一文,作者针对现行法律对有限责任公司股东人数有所限制的问题,提出了产权交易机构代持股的设想,读后颇受启发。笔者以为,对于产权交易机构而言,代持股是一种值得尝试的业务创新构想。因为从长远来看,在可供交易的存量国有资产日趋减少,产权交易机构之间的竞争日趋激烈的形势之下,产权交易机构单靠产权交易一条腿走路是难以为继的。不仅如此,由美国肇始的金融危机已经发展为全球性的经济危机,中国的经济形势
