应用机构运动可靠性理论对球面四杆函数机构的运动可靠性进行了研究。在构建机构输入输出方程的基础上,假定机构构件尺寸服从正态分布,采用泰勒公式对机构运动误差函数线性化展开,以此导出了机构运动误差的概率模型,并应用一次二阶矩(FOSM)方法求解机构的运动可靠性。为验证模型和方法的正确性和有效性,给出了数值实例。
The motion reliability of spherical four-bar function mechanism is studied by using the mechanism reliability theory. Based on the input and output equations of the mechanism, assuming that the size of the mechanism obeys the normal distribution, Taylor’s formula is used to linearize the kinematic error function of the mechanism to derive the probabilistic model of the kinematic error of the mechanism.
