随着经济的不断发展,社会的不断进步,化工产品得到了普及,我们的生产生活离不开化工产品。化工产品是以化学材料为原料,化学原理为依据,化工设备为辅助得到的,其中化工设备运行是否正常直接影响化工产品的生产,良好的化工设备状况是化工装置持续生产的前提。想要使得化工设备保持良好状态,取得良好收益,我们必须掌握先进的状态监测以及故障诊断技术,不断加大化工设备质量管理力度。本文围绕化工设备维护,首先阐述了状态监测工作的主要内容,然后说明了状态监测与故障诊断采用的主要分析方法,最后规定了设备状态监测与故障诊断的任务,对于状态监测和故障诊断技术在化工设备维护中的应用研究有很重要的意义。
