目的观察普外科围手术期患者人性化护理的应用效果。方法将天津市第一中心医院普外科100例围手术期患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用人性化护理方式。观察并对比两组患者的满意程度及疼痛缓解时间。结果对照组中31例患者在10d内疼痛得到明显缓解,占62%;观察组有42例,占84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理总满意率为76%,低于观察组的92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用人性化护理方式可有效缩短伤口疼痛缓解时间,提高患者满意率,较常规护理可取得更好的护理效果,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing on perioperative patients in general surgery. Methods 100 cases of perioperative patients in General Surgery Department of Tianjin First Central Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases each. The control group received routine nursing method and the observation group adopted humanized nursing method. The satisfaction and pain relief time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the control group, pain relief was relieved in 31 patients within 10 days, accounting for 62%. In the observation group, 42 patients (84%) had statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the control group was 76%, which was lower than 92% of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing can shorten the time of pain relief and improve the satisfaction rate of patients, which can achieve better nursing effect than routine nursing. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
