采用共沉淀-脱水法制备了黑液-蒙脱土(BL-MMT)新型复合填料,并将其与顺丁橡胶(BR)机械共混制备了BL-MMT/BR复合材料。对复合材料进行了XRD、SEM、DSC和TGA分析,并研究了复合材料的热氧老化性能和力学性能。XRD和SEM结果表明BL-MMT在复合材料中分散明显优于纯MMT,与橡胶的相容性更好;DSC结果显示BL-MMT复合填料的加入形成了结合胶并促进了BR结晶,由于MMT的良好分散以及结合胶和结晶的形成,BR的力学性能、热氧老化性能和热稳定性得到了显著提高。BL-MMT制备工艺环保,是一种具有应用前景的橡胶补强剂。
BL-MMT / BR composites were prepared by co-precipitation-dehydration method and BL-MMT composites were prepared by mechanical blending with BR. The composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, DSC and TGA. The thermal aging properties and mechanical properties of the composites were also studied. The results of XRD and SEM showed that the BL-MMT dispersed in the composite was obviously better than pure MMT, and the compatibility with rubber was better. The DSC results showed that the BL-MMT composite filler formed a binder and promoted the crystallization of BR. Good dispersion and the formation of binders and crystals, BR mechanical properties, thermal oxygen aging properties and thermal stability has been significantly improved. BL-MMT preparation process of environmental protection, is a promising rubber reinforcing agent.
