采用溶液聚合法合成了玻璃窗膜用溶剂型丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶),探讨了溶剂配比、水浴温度、总单体含量和保温时间等对该PSA性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用单因素试验法优选出制备玻璃窗膜用PSA的最佳工艺条件是m(甲苯):m(醋酸乙酯):m(丙酮)=4.0:5.0:1.0、水浴温度为82℃、w(总单体)=45%(相对于总投料的质量而言)和后期保温时间为6~7 h;此时相应PSA的综合性能相对较好,其玻璃化转变温度(T_g)为-28.70℃,数均相对分子质量(M_n)为13 601和重均相对分子质量(M_w)为34 962、高温持粘力较大、涂布胶面外观良好(清晰度高、无胶点、无胶纹、无气味且批次均一性良好)、剥离强度>10 N/25 mm且颜色较浅。
Solvent-based acrylate PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) was synthesized by solution polymerization. The effects of solvent ratio, water bath temperature, total monomer content and holding time on the PSA performance were discussed. The results show that the optimal process conditions for the preparation of PSAs for glass window films are: m (toluene): m (acetone) = 4.0: 5.0: 1.0, water bath temperature 82 ℃, w (total monomer) = 45% (relative to the total mass of the feed) and the holding time of the latter is 6 ~ 7 h.
