民族地区体育舞蹈的发展较慢,在大学中体育舞蹈只是选修课,大学时期作为大学生接受系统锻炼的最后阶段,之后将面临就业压力、职场压力、生活压力,以及适应社会等诸多的压力。文章认为,利用有限的时间进行增强体质的锻炼,养成终生锻炼的习惯对大学生来说是必不可少的,而体育舞蹈的强度、表现欲、气质的培养、体质的增强都是一种很好的锻炼手段。
The development of sports dances in ethnic regions is relatively slow. In the universities, sports dances are only elective courses.
